No Returns or Refunds
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products.
- Refunds cannot be issued for reasons such as a change of mind or buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For such issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, we’re happy to guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier.
Order Issues or Errors
If you believe your order is incorrect or your product is defective, please contact us at rehlherbs@rehlherbs.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make things right. While refunds are not available, we may offer store credit or a replacement when appropriate.
